Our Story

Pacific Jet Skis is a trusted, family-owned mobile jet ski service and repair business.

Alex Sermak, owner and lead technician, began his career in the PWC industry at just 15 years old after responding to an ad in the trading post. After completing his four-year apprenticeship he went onto become service manager for one of the world’s largest PWC dealerships. He spent over 10 years gaining hands-on experience across all major makes and models.

In 2014, Alex launched his first jet ski service and repair business, which quickly became one of the the Gold Coast’s most trusted workshops. After successfully selling that business and taking a short break, he returned to his passion in 2021 and launched Pacific Jet Skis - combining decades of industry experience with the convenience of mobile servicing.

Today, Pacific Jet Skis continues to grow on a foundation of reliability, precision and exceptional workmanship. Our principle is simple: Do it once, do it right.
