Our Story

Every great business starts somewhere. Ours began 20 years ago with a simple ad in the Trading Post.

Pacific Jet Skis is a trusted, family-owned mobile jet ski service and repair business built on experience, honesty and quality workmanship.

Owner and senior mechanic, Alex, discovered his passion for personal watercraft at just 15 years old after responding to an advertisement in the Trading Post. After completing his four-year apprenticeship he went onto become Service Manager for one of the World’s largest PWC dealerships, gaining more than a decade of hands-on experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing all major makes and models.

In 2014, Alex established his first jet ski service and repair business, which quickly became one of the the Gold Coast’s most trusted workshops. After successfully selling that business, he took a short breakbefore returning to what he loves most.

In 2021, Pacific Jet Skis was born, combining more than two decades of industry experience with the convenience of professional mobile servicing. Today we proudly service customers across the Gold Coast, Brisbane Ipswich and Tweed bringing dealership-quality workmanship directly to your home, marina or storage facility.

Alex has spent more than two decades repairing, diagnosing and servicing personal watercraft across South East Queensland. Having worked on thousands of jet skis from Yamaha, Sea-doo, Kawasaki and Honda, he has built a reputation for honest advice, quality workmanship and solving problems that others won’t or can’t.

If you ski doesn’t need replacing parts, we’ll tell you. Our goal is to build long-term relationships, not sell unnecessary repairs.
